Raghoo Potinii is the founder of two entrepreneurial organizations - Egen Solutions and Knowledge Capital. As the founder and CEO of Knowledge Capital, Raghoo fosters the continuing excellence of Knowledge Capital's vision, culture and core values.

He formulates and manages Knowledge Capital and Knowledge Capital corporate strategy, directs its management team, and builds key business and strategic relationships for the company.

Raghoo holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Madras University. His specialties include: building high performance teams, setting up corporate strategy.

Jake leads Knowledge Capital Sales & Marketing organization. In this role, he is responsible for business development activities related to the marketing and selling of Knowledge Capital E2E Web & Mobile Solutions.

Jake is a veteran business leader with over 25 years experience in various functions to include sales, marketing, business development and operations across the U.S. and EMEA regions. His business acumen led to best-in-class Professional Services practices across Southern Europe; and, he's has been recognized through numerous awards such as Account of the Year, Reach for the Stars, and Premier Associate. Jake is a graduate of West Point, and earned his MBA from The University of Chicago, Booth School of Business. His interests include running, non-fiction literature, and spending quality time with his family.

Sandeep leads the technology operations at Knowledge Capital. He is responsible for all on- and offshore operations related to product development and technology services. Sandeep began his career with an internet startup in 2001 - a time well remembered for the internet boom and bust! He has worked in a variety of technology roles since then including application development, user experience design, project and product management. Through the years, he has gained experience in successfully building and launching products used by several small and large Fortune 500 global companies.

Sandeep brings several diverse skill set to Knowledge Capital through his cross-functional leadership experiences in product development. He has received numerous awards in his career including the Power of One award at SumTotal Systems for defining the product roadmap of a highly successful on-demand product. He is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and earned his MBA from The University of Chicago, Booth School of Business.

Nandita Tiwari is Co-Founder and General Manager of Knowledge Capital. Nandita is a high-energy, results-oriented finance and strategy professional with extensive international experience in strategic planning, operations, talent development and project management. At Knowledge Capital, she is focused on operational efficiency and global sourcing. Nandita fosters the continuing excellence of Knowledge Capital vision, culture and core values. She has been instrumental in shaping and implementing the company's hiring philosophy and promoting Knowledge Capital unique culture, as well as driving revenues through numerous marketing initiatives and campaigns.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree with honors in Microbiology from the University of Mumbai and an MBA from The University of Chicago, Booth School of Business.
